SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
HOLIDAY HOME LOCKS
- Most of the confirmed orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification & subject to stock availability.
- Custom order stock takes approximately 21 days from the date of confirmation.
RESIDENTIAL LOCKS
- Most of the confirmed orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification & subject to stock availability.
- Custom orders take approximately 14 days from the date of confirmation.
HOTEL LOCKS
- 1-5 pieces are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification & subject to stock availability.
- Custom orders take approximately 60 days from the date of confirmation.
OFFICE LOCKS
- 1-5 pieces are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification & subject to stock availability.
- Custom orders take approximately 60 days from the date of confirmation.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
- We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
- Orders to GCC countries fall in Custom Orders and may be subject to additional delivery charges and longer transit times.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details by email or SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order directly via the courier’s website.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Please ensure that your shipping details (address, phone number, contact name) are accurate.
- The company will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- The courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items once billed cannot be returned. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
- Retain all packaging and take clear photos of the damage for verification.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes as per the destination country’s regulations.
