WARRANTY COVERAGE
A 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship covers the product.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from GOKEYLESS.AE.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, tampering, or modification.
Electrical surges, short circuits, or use with incompatible accessories.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or battery leakage.
Any product on which the serial number or security seal has been altered or removed.
SERVICE & REPAIR TERMS
During the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
The customer is responsible for delivery/shipping charges to the service center.
On-site service (if applicable) will be subject to service visit charges, except for verified manufacturing defects.
Replacement parts or repaired products will retain the original product’s remaining warranty period.
AFTER-WARRANTY SUPPORT
After the warranty period, the company will provide paid service and parts support subject to availability.
Service charges, parts, and logistics costs will be communicated before proceeding.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under this warranty.
The company shall not be responsible for any indirect loss, data loss, property damage, or installation cost arising from product malfunction.
