WARRANTY COVERAGE

    • A 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship covers the product.
    • This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from GOKEYLESS.AE.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

    • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, tampering, or modification.
    • Electrical surges, short circuits, or use with incompatible accessories.
    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or battery leakage.
    • Any product on which the serial number or security seal has been altered or removed.

SERVICE & REPAIR TERMS

    • During the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
    • The customer is responsible for delivery/shipping charges to the service center.
    • On-site service (if applicable) will be subject to service visit charges, except for verified manufacturing defects.
    • Replacement parts or repaired products will retain the original product’s remaining warranty period.

AFTER-WARRANTY SUPPORT

    • After the warranty period, the company will provide paid service and parts support subject to availability.
    • Service charges, parts, and logistics costs will be communicated before proceeding.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    • The company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under this warranty.
    • The company shall not be responsible for any indirect loss, data loss, property damage, or installation cost arising from product malfunction.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

    • Contact customer support via support@gokeyless.ae / fill out form on www.gokeyless.ae / register a complaint on 04.3178900.
    • Provide proof of purchase and product serial number.
    • Follow the service team’s instructions for inspection or return.
